Despite being an engineer by day, Coach Meghan has fostered a passion for fitness for over 20 years. With an Instagram handle like @marathonmeghan, she's an endurance runner at heart with Chicago, Boston and NYC marathons under her belt. But in group fitness, she's often referred to as "motivational Meghan" because she brings energy like no other! In her class you can expect the perfect balance of form cues, movement options for all levels, and above all the motivation to MOVE MOVE MOVE!
Chloé is a NASM certified personal trainer, who comes from a competitive dance background. She started teaching group classes at the age of 14. From her dance history, she turned her knowledge and training into a fitness career. Although she loves a tough workout, her favorite thing is to motivate, inspire, and help others become the very best version of themselves!
Coming from a background in dance and Pure Barre, Karen took HIIT training by storm when she held a TRX plank like most people hold a glass of water. She’ll keep your form perfectly in check, but also keep your mindset in check with her strong motivation. And if you need a post-workout snack, she can teach you how to air fry chicken nuggets. Karen has 3 tiny humans and is NASM certified!
Kaity is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a strong background in education and coaching Group Fitness. She taught elementary school for over 9 years, and spent the last 4 years teaching fitness. This mom of two and military wife strives to motivate and challenge to make clients into stronger versions of themselves!
Rachael Gerstel is an NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning specialist, nutritional consultant and athlete. She is the Head of Wellness for the Debbie Reynolds Scholarship Program, an Orangetheory Coach for West Coast Fitness, a legacy ambassador for lululemon and an ambassador for Girls on the Run LA. Rachael’s work is rooted in her love of human connection, and offers the tools necessary for a strong mind and body.
Heidi is an ACE Certified Trainer & Fitness Model for brands like Nike and Dicks Sporting Goods. She was a competitive runner in college track and now a Youth Sports Coach and mother of two. Born and raised on a farm, Heidi hails from the Midwest and has a love of country music to show for it! Don’t worry though, she’s lived on both coasts and is a child of the 80s/90s so you will always get an energetic mix of music! You have found your biggest cheerleader!!!
Melanie has been teaching group fitness classes for the last 4 years, but her love for human movement dates back to her time as an accomplished Irish dancer and choreographer. She approaches exercise with a focus on form to help others find efficiency and sustainability in their practice. One of Melanie’s key beliefs is that movement isn’t just medicine, it’s the nutrients our body needs stay happy and healthy.
