eTONE Fitness cordially invites you to our free Fit Mama Pre/PostNatal Workshop!

Consistent physical fitness is key to a healthy pregnancy and postnatal recovery. With so much advice out there, it’s hard to know what is right for you. Join eTONE on Saturday, September 12th at 1pm, and learn how to:

  • Safely build core strength and elevate your heart rate throughout pregnancy

  • Adjust movements so they are suitable for your growing baby

  • Minimize common aches and pains in your changing body

  • Address common post-natal concerns

Coach Karen


Coach Karen, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and mother to three tiny humans, will guide you through the ins and outs of training with a baby on board. This free workshop is one hour in duration and suitable for early stages of pregnancy through any stage of post-partum mama! All you need is a mat, some water, and yourself!

There are not words to adequately describe the value of this workshop. As a first-time mom with an athletic background, pregnancy is a new and disorienting experience.


This workshop got me up and moving while providing a bounty of education about pre-and-post natal fitness.

I am more confident that I can exercise into my pregnancy and beyond, thanks to the knowledgeable instructors and supportive community at eTONE.
