WHAT IS AN eTONE CLASS LIKE?
eTONE Fitness Classes are 45 minute, no-equipment workouts designed for all levels. Our high-energy, certified coaches lead you through timed intervals and offer form corrections and encouragement on the spot. The movements are different every day, but you'll always experience a blend of strength and cardio for a full body workout.
HOW DOES LIVE STREAMED GROUP FITNESS WORK?
Our fitness classes are entirely online, streamed directly to you over Zoom! Book your class on our website or app and you'll receive a link in your email about one hour before class. The link is live 10 minutes prior to class time. From there, watch the coach over video, and your coach can see you and motivate you!
WHAT TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?
There are several ways to join the eTONE Community that suit every schedule, budget, and goal. If you're using eTONE to supplement a pre-existing workout routine, consider a class pack or drop-in sessions to use as you go. Looking to make some changes in your fitness level?
